Sometimes I have had to be an explorer…a Lewis and Clark of my own inner me. I have to say it can be kinda scary, lonely, dark, mucky, murky and messy. No fear…the best of life and living is born out of the crap. There has been times when I was peeling off the layers of what was tripping me up that I felt like Gypsy Rose Lee…stripping away until I was standing there…naked as a j-bird ( what IS a j-bird and why are they always naked). That feeling of total vulnerability, but free of my shield of fear, guilt and shame.
I have learned that those things that we fear so or feel so shitty about doing or having… are those things we will be able to help others deal with once we are free to talk about them. Bring them out into the light instead the dark bowels of our never ending ego mind games…aka mind cluster f#@k. What we don’t transform, we transport with us.
Time to get out your map, pith hat and get ready to dig deep and find that hidden treasure the is YOU!
